It is Your responsibility to familiarize Yourself with Our Refund Policy. By purchasing any of Our products or services, You indicate that You have read this Refund Policy and that You agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings as defined under the following definitions or, in some cases, elsewhere in this Refund Policy. The defined words shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
Upon Your request made in writing and received by Company within 30 days of Your purchase as defined below under Refund Window, Company will issue a full refund of any Entitlement or other product purchased via the Company online store with the following exceptions:
Any other refund request, including but not limited to requests made outside the 30-day window and requests for refunds of purchases of services, will be considered, granted, or denied in the Company’s sole discretion. No refunds are guaranteed except as provided above.
Refunds requested within the 30-day window may be made from the order screen on Company online store, or may be submitted to [email protected]. Refund requests not made via the Company online store must include all include enough information for Us to positively identify Your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, Your name, date of transaction, etc.) and shall be sent to Us at [email protected].
Upon Your transmission of a refund request, (1) any Entitlement that is the subject of Your refund request shall be deemed invalid and expired, (2) Your End-User License Agreement shall be deemed automatically terminated, and (3) You shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your Devices.
The end of the available refund window is defined as 11:59 PM on the 30th day following the date of purchase, where both the day of purchase and the end of available refund window are calculated using local time as implemented in the city of Atlanta, Georgia.
Any refund will be issued only through the original payment processor and in strict accordance with Our agreement with the payment processor. We cannot issue a refund in the form of cash, check, or other alternate form of payment.
The failure of Company to enforce limitations or other terms of this Refund Policy shall not be deemed a waiver of Company's right to do so in a similar or any other situation.
