Warrant Canary

This document is a warrant canary.  If these statements are removed or the “AS OF” date is more than 60 days old, it may indicate that Teaglu, LLC has been served with a classified legal order that includes a gag provision.

Regarding the entity Teaglu, LLC, registered in the United States in the state of Georgia as a Limited Liability Company and having control number 18099843:

1. We have not received any orders or directives under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), including FISA Section 702 or related court orders
2. We have not received any orders pursuant to the USA PATRIOT Act, including Section 215 (business records provision)
3. We have not received any grand jury subpoena or other legal demand that includes a gag provision or prohibits disclosure
4. We have not voluntarily provided user information or access to any government agency without a valid legal order
5. We have not been asked to implement backdoors, surveillance mechanisms, or other means of unauthorized access in our software or infrastructure
6. We have not received any legal order from a foreign government that prohibits disclosure or compels nondisclosure of this fact
7. We have not received any preservation requests under 18 U.S. Code § 2703(f) or equivalent.
8. We have not received any sealed legal order whose existence we are prohibited from disclosing
9. We have not modified our systems, code, infrastructure, or policies to facilitate secret government access
10. No members of our organization are currently under legal obligation not to disclose the receipt of any such order
